Mattice Haynes

Mattice Haynes (she/her) is a Black feminist cultural worker from the U.S. South who’s rooted in radical love, a Black feminist politic, and a commitment to unleashing African diasporic power and vitality. She guides Black-led organizations and communities towards radical possibilities, collective care, sustainable transformation and wholeness. Mattice shows up as an intuitive, resourceful presence, embodied leadership coach, strategist, social justice facilitator, and organizational culture alchemist. When she’s not coaching amazing leaders, curating residencies and gatherings, weaving connections, or facilitating retreats, she’s living abundantly with invisible disabilities, staring at the sky, studying, and dancing with the mountains and sea.
