Mattice Haynes

Mattice Haynes (she/her) is a global freedom dreamer from the U.S. South who supports Black creators and leaders to live liberation now. She guides Black-led organizations and communities towards radical imagination, collective care, liberatory power, transformation, and wholeness. Mattice shows up in community rooted in a Black feminist politic as an intuitive, resourceful presence, embodied leadership coach and advisor, social justice facilitator, and organizational culture alchemist. When she’s not coaching amazing Black and POC leaders, curating residencies, or facilitating retreats, she’s living abundantly with invisible disabilities, staring at the sky, reading Black feminist works, writing poetry, and dancing with the mountains and sea. Mattice is currently practicing revolutionary nomadism (shout out to Kai Lumumba Barrow) and enjoying multiple experiences of homemaking in Atlanta, GA, Durham, NC, and St. Croix, Virgin Islands.
